Terms
The service
Postrim publishes social media content on your behalf, on the schedule you set, to the accounts you connect. You need your own accounts on those platforms, and their rules apply to what you post through us just as they would if you posted directly.
Your content, your responsibility
Everything you publish through Postrim is yours and stays yours. You are responsible for it, including anything an AI feature drafted for you: review it before it goes out. Do not use Postrim for content that is unlawful, that you have no right to publish, or that breaks the rules of the platform you are posting to.
Plans, payment and cancelling
Paid plans are billed in advance through Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled case by case: email [email protected].
Free plans have limits on accounts, daily posts and daily AI generations. The current limits are shown on your plan page.
AI features
AI generated drafts are suggestions. They can be wrong, dull, or wrong in a way that reads well, and nothing is published without you scheduling it. If you bring your own AI provider key, calls made on your behalf are billed to your provider account, not to us.
Availability
We try to keep Postrim running and publishing on time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Publishing also depends on the social platforms themselves, which change and fail outside our control. Where a post fails, we record the failure and surface it rather than hiding it.
Ending it
You can stop using Postrim at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Privacy). We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or to harm other people, and will say why when we do.
